Tends lathe-type machine that cuts grooves (knurls) in plastic tubes and cuts tubes to size to form flashlight covers: Slides tubing over mandrel attached to chuck and starts machine. Moves cutting tool against workpiece that knurls tubing and cuts tubing into specified lengths.
